  • Anti-Harassment and Discrimination Training for Employees and Managers for an e-Learning Library platform

    • Created two trainings, one for Managers of 2 hrs., and another for Employees for one hour.

    • Created content, case studies, scenarios, quizzes, and real-life examples that supported and emphasized both training. 

    Report Lead (RL) to support Community Resource Centers (CRC) sites during the California Wildfires, giving support to different communities

    • Leads onsite decision making at CRCs and serves as the primary point of contact between other staff members and the main office.

    • Leads the safety briefing and manages other staff onsite, monitoring lunch breaks, and personnel logistics and issues

    • Oversees and provides logistics support to customers, managing incidents, complaints, responses, and reporting.

    Employee Handbook

    • Review compliance issues with federal, state, and municipal policies and make recommendations

    • Review, suggest changes, and provide recommendations for existing as well as new policies

    • Mitigate exposure to employment-related lawsuits

    • Reviewed and customized handbook for a non-profit organization and its employees

    • Created documents to support the policies, such as leave documentation, non-exempt meal exemption, vacation and sabbatical requests, education reimbursement, etc.
